Mike, care to elaborate what you think you are accomplishing? Let's assume for a minute that I am Roger, what does that accomplish by writing those names? Woohoo, so you drop names, yah. I haven't done anything that rises to the level of your implosion.
I did not:
1.write about my greatest goal of getting a BQ
2. blog about some so called training and (lack of) effort to obtain a BQ, all at a sixth grade level
3. cheat at the qualifying Via Marathon race
4. lie about running the Via Marathon
5. lie about cheating at that race and attack anyone and everyone who simply asked you reasonable questions based on the lack of photos on the course (with the exception of the finish line),
6. threaten people, both directly and indirectly
7. make fun of, question parentage and stalk children
8. attack an accomplished and real on-air professional who also is a
very accomplished runner and triathlete, who also threw doubt on your attempts to convince said individual that its very common not to have any photos on the course with seven photo checkpoints (yes, missing one, maybe two could be deemed reasonable and acceptable, but missing every single one and the only person to accomplish that is not believable or reasonable)
9. cheat at a turkey trot
10. lie about repeatedly reposting including on your workplace website (recently removed), a letter to a principal that was never sent to the principal
11. call the police on someone for the same things that you did not only to him but to countless others
12. do any of the other moronic things you have done here and elsewhere as it relates to your cheating and lies.
Roger Rabbit
And yet Mike somehow deludes himself this is what a good friend and father and coach would do once he was found out to have made - and we'll be kind here - a mistake. It's the person you'd want your son or daughter or mother or father or brother or sister or complete stranger to look up to if not a role model then someone to admire.
Nah, as Our Hero would say. It's more important to go after those who see a great injustice to the sport and those aforementioned people than to admit to the mistakes and take the high road. To lie and cheat, bully and threaten, deceive and ridicule, yeah, that is all necessary to maintain the fraud of the man he is. And it gets worse and worse because those who can do something like Barb and Via have enabled if not actively helped him in this sordid affair. Hard to believe.
Excellent post RR. Facts are stubborn things, Mike Rossi hates them equally along with the truth.
