I don't understand how you guys can say the contact cost Sahlman. Habtom took the worst of the contact and still smoked them.
Samuel was really aggressive with how he fought off Langon and it affected Salhman. I honestly don't think Langon's move affected him directly, its how aggressive he was with his response and the fact it tripped up Sahlman
watching again and i see langon getting half a beat on Samuel and then Samuel throwing his arms out. Langon's reaction to that was interesting. I could see a dq there. But I think Samuel was the initial aggressor, and he definitely messed up Sahlman
Samuel dq is right call. Samuel 100% wedged between them when he didn't have a lane. His pushing sahlman 100% cost him the win. That said i thought Langdon should have been dq as well.
Feel for Sahlman, but damn is he good. Apparently the race is still under review?
Agree. The NCAA record holder in the 800m just nearly won a 7:41 3k against a 26:50? Insane
The NCAA record holder at 800m is slower than a HS junior though, so pump the brakes. Colin wasn’t much faster than Simeon. A dose of reality is needed, and I bring it.

Pet peeve vent here. Dwight Stones constantly vamping about 'oh how could we possibly know who's running these relay legs the coaches change them all the time' is so irritating just stop with it. I wish he'd just pick out runners he can tell who they are and not have this giant diatribe about 'i'm sorry parents if we get your kid wrong' blah blah blah.

This. If he cant see them, they just need a spotter to read the bibs of the athletes. This isn't that hard.

Marco was full tilting like 60 degrees into Samuel, the gap was probably there and marco leaned in when he saw samuel trying to accelerate. If you DQ samuel then you should DQ marco as well
