David Torrance- is a gutsy runner and third leg requires guts- guts to push it from the lead or guts to get to the lead;

Solomon knows how to get it done.

Merber must have another PR day- he does have the tools and if he is back in fitness he could go 1:47flat or better running against Erik. I'm proud to call myself a fan of both these young men, I'm really more a fan of the man behind the athlete concerning these guys.

Gagnon to Murray both need to execute, say engaged and race smart they will have to run the smartest races of there lives today- split times will be fine if they run smart

Rutt must have one of his top three or four races ever today.

Pick-um I predict we see less than 0.12 between them at the line And yeah if all goes we will see both teams under 7:12 mid.

Wish I could have made it to the meet. I love indoor live. My favorite was the hockey rink size 11 laps to the mile (MSG size) indoor meets.
