Her times clearly speak for themselves, but it isn't just how fast she is running, but the number of times she is running. She had her breakthrough at Istanbul in November, going sub-2:19. Just two months later she runs the third fastest all-time marathon, running 2:17:07. I had just found that only one week later, she raced a regional cross country championship in which she won, beating amazing runners like Emily Chebet and Lucy Wangui. Last Friday she came in second at the Bahrain half marathon, running 66:09 on a poorly paced and messy course, only losing to Brigid Kosgei who hasn't raced since Chicago. And I have no idea how many races she has done in between that time as I only found the XC one on youtube. If she decides to seriously take time off to prepare for a marathon, say 2020 London, what times do you think she could run? Could she break the world record in perfect conditions? Honestly hoping she decides to race another marathon and hops in last minute at London.
