So I was out of running for about 3 months due to mental illness issues, but I finally came back. Unfortunately, I had to step out of the collegiate team as I had to get treatment but will begin to train on my own. Here is a bit of my background on running:
800m- 1:58
1600m: 4:25
3200m: 9:30
I am going to try and get back into training and I will be jumping back into the collegiate team. I was around 50-60 miles in college but since I was off training I want to be slow and begin building up for cross country season on September. Any suggestions in terms of what mileage I should start it again or any suggestions to be extremely strong for the upcoming season?
