This winter I ran a 4:42 mile, despite being severely sick for the first month, heeding my training of consistency. I've run about 40-45 miles per week for about a month now, with a few tempos here and there.Long run 10 miles. What should I shoot for in the mile/2 mile this spring?
Also I ran about 16:50-17:10 consistently this XC season.
Im a sophomore btw
