Have had peroneal tendinitis for 7 weeks. Doctor said I couldn’t aqua jogg but seemed he was in a rush. Physical therapist said I could. What exercises can I do while the peroneal tendinitis is healing. aqua jogging? Aqua jogging intervals? Jogging on flat surface?/doc /pt said it was okay but seems to flair up when jogging consecutive days in a row. Just hopping aqua jogging with be good but don’t want to keep messing around with stuff and it not getting better. Thanks. Also experience if weightlifting is okay without doing any kind of squating motion. Thanks
