I assume you are referring to the trials in the marathon? Seems unlikely, but not impossible. Any other event there is zero chance, of course.
At your peak, you definitely had the talent to make a trials qualifying mark for the marathon if you had trained for it, based on your 10k time. You probably already know that.
You're now running 16 flat off of 35 mpw. If that is all easy mileage and no workouts, that is somewhat promising. If there is any structured workout plan to your training, then it's not so promising.
You dont really know how much you've lost from aging unless you start training hard again. Some people at your age have lost only a little potential, others are well on the decline. Only one way to really find out...
