There are many ways how to promote a new book...but I found this a bit disturbing. Won’t buy it now.

Lance is looking super fit.
Compared to Hall now there’s a LOT more retired athletes looking super fit.
I think you meant this:
Ryan Hall Willingly Associates with DOPERS; Therefore he Endorses DOPING; Therefore he is a CONFIRMED DOPER
I wouldn't get it because it's preaching his religion

Same here. Leave religion and politics out of sport. It's annoying.
RyGuy looks jacked. A lot of muscle milk and a lot of weight lifting. I'll bet Sara likes the changes.
RyGuy is sweating while not moving
I have a hard time believing he's only 47. Dude looks 57 or even 67.

Agreed.

Ryan is only mid 30s actually.
Ryan is fat.

I wouldn't sat he's fat at all. He's just looking pretty huge, he's probably going to start winning some bodybuilding or power lifting contests or something. I guess he's just transferred his drive and intensity from training as a world class distance runner to lifting weights.
He's gotta be on hGH
He doesn't looked toned or ripped at all. He just looks like a meathead now.
He’s FAT. On a basketball court he’d be sucking wind. Look he’s sweating just standing there.
He's flexing his abs all out, but you can see his fat belly pop out when he's letting the weight down. Probably pooed his pants too.

Not even close. Kudos to him for coming pretty far in a short time, but he's just now closing in on average gym bro. He's kinda the lifting equivalent of a 26 minute 5k guy - pretty decent for someone new to the sport who doesn't naturally have the talent for it, but nowhere near being competitive on any level. I lift more than he does. I'm a long time lifter, but nothing special.
I've always liked Ryan. I used to follow him on social media, but he's so into the lifting and so very very impressed with himself that it's hard to take and I stopped following him. I still follow Sara.
Plus, he has all but said outright that he's on T therapy. That's fine, it's a legit medical treatment, but then to be so boastful about your lifting and muscle progress is a bit distasteful.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
