During a cold long run last weekend I felt the lower part of my hamstring (behind my knee) get very tight and I didn't think much of it because I wasn't limping. However the last couple days it has been uncomfortable walking and I haven't tried running at pace yet.
I don't think the pain is too extreme to rule out running all together but I could use any advice anyone has to try to get it into the best shape possible before Sunday. I've been icing after runs and taking about 600mg of ibuprofen twice a day.
