I ran for him in college and have to say, Coach Graham knows his stuff. He takes a holistic approach to training and focuses on making you a better athlete, not just a better runner. He cares about your development and progress in the sport. Takes the time to get to know each runner and what works best for them.
Coach Graham loves running, was a professional for many years and knows how to compete at a high level. I have never seen a coach get as excited to see one of their athletes accomplish a goal or set a big PR like Coach Graham does. Your career is personal to him and he wants the best for each athlete. I highly recommend him and American.
