My next marathon is LA on March 24. What plan would your recommend to train and PR maybe even bq? Hanson? Daniels? Pfitz?
For my last marathon it was a hot no shade day. In part I think not enough electrolytes. I used Hanson beginner plan to train and missed only 3 days of training. I was training off a 3:05 paces in hopes of Boston but I wasn't even close, so myabe it was beyond me at that point.
I just finished a 70.3 Ironman 6 days ago. So now I'm ready and would like a good solid plan!
