Interesting take from a woman who has the credentials both on road and off to back it up. No back to backs and no long runs longer than 20. Discuss

I'm sure she is hanging on every troll post that might encroach on her legacy.
If letsrun was around in the '90s I'm sure that Ann Trason would be constantly vilified as a pathetic trail hobbyjogger in a dead-end niche sport.

Camille is doing higher mileage than Kawauchi.
Camille's legacy will be her narcissism.
A narcissist with a world record. What about you?
Here is Camille again. Love it!

yep, but a stupid world record
I'd be interested to know about her recoveries between marathons. She seems to do sets of back to back marathons..,separated by sometimes a month. Does she do workouts between those month to month marathons or does she recover from one marathon and let each one thereafter be what gets her into race shape?
I just realized that Dr. Phil needs to make ASMR videos.

Camille Herron training philosophy, discuss
Camille seems to be obsessed with social media. So she probably runs when her internet is not working.
Better than Zatopek’s. And it’s at least 4 WRs, 2 WCs, beating over 99% (10K plus) of the men @ Comrades (where they certainly drug-test, since several have been DQ’d).
I will say getting training tips from a real jaguar would be as effective. They are both “different animals” than us.

When you run consistently high mileage in doubles you don't need very long runs. This has been discussed to death by Malmo and others and I totally agree.
Pretty sure she does plenty of runs over 22 miles.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
