I haven't lost much, about $1500 (only invested $1800 a couple years back, was very skeptical even then) but have a friend who lost about $5k.
Anyone lose more?

I didn't lose anything, I made a profit of around $7,000 I think. Bought when under $5000 and sold at $16000 on the decline.
Still, I was thinking of investing in Bitcoin years ago when it was worth $1 or something, so it doesn't feel like a win.
And how come you've lost? It's still a lot higher than its value 'a couple of years back' is it not?

Lost nothing, technically speaking.
Invested at ~$8000, sold exactly half of my investment at $16000 to regain everything I invested, and let the rest sit.
Unfortunately, the consequence of this is that I did lose most of the profit that I stood to make.
Crazy idiotic concept. Good thing you did not invest in Bitcoin mining.
$0
I'm not a dumbarss.
I lost about $5K. No big deal, made well over a million in the stock market so you win some, lose some.
Sold all crypto in the spring or I would have lost quite a bit more.
