Do you guys think I have what it takes to go sub 15? I'm a ultra distance guy but slowly getting more into speed stuff.
I'm 29 years old - 5'9 140lbs 8% BF
First few months running:
- 3:30 marathon (after running for 3-4 weeks)
First Year Running (3000 miles - 300K of vert):
1:27 half marathon
3:04 marathon
~37:00 10K
5:45 mile
18:00 5K
10 or so ultras (ranging from 50K to 100M)
Third Year Running: (3500 miles - 500K of vert)
1:21 half marathon
4:44 mile
16:18 5K
7 ultras (ranging from 50K to 100M)
