Hey everyone, I ran chicago in 2:53 in october and ran around 85-90 MPW in that training cycle. I took a month off, and now getting back into it. last 2 weeks I ran around 60 mpw and this week planning on closer to 70. I do not have a race scheduled anytime soon. Next marathon will most likely be in september 2019. However, I would like to increase my mileage for that race to around 100 mpw. Should I stick around 70 or so until closer to race? or bump up to 90?
