Hey guys whats up. I live at elevation and I run in NIKE PEGASUS 35 SHIELDS. I've ran my whole life. AAU, Junior Olympics, Hershey Nationals, High school state champion, College, and now I am running to make a real name for myself. I am currently 5'9 and weigh 123 lbs and 3 days a week I am PLANT BASED and the other 4 I have a cheat diet to keep my iron up.
I ran 40 x 100 at marathon pace with 2 min active rest. Every 10x I switched shoes going from my full trainers and finishing to my NIKE VAPORFLY 4%s. I felt fast but had total control of my body until I pooped myself. I ruined my 4%s for CIM.
