Guns are a status symbol of dumb white people. I'm not trying to belittle anyone, but we need to acknowledge this. The problem is that these weapons are well not best being allowed in the hands of unauthorized people. Time to take the guns!

Are you retarded or just obtuse? These religions are nowhere near each other because one does not accept the other. Therefore, they can't be the same.
I bet you believe Obama's claim that this is his economy that is doing so well but Donald Trump did the opposite of what Obama did, so how can it be the same? Liberal ideology. I guess in your world atheist go to heaven

Muslim terrorists are not godless people, many are devoutly religious. People in the mafia may believe in God and attend mass every Sunday and then go out and kill people. Japan has one of the lowest murder rates in the world and most people dont really believe in a deity.
Fake religion, a fake God in allah. Invented several centuries after the Israeli tie with Christianity. A religion of hate. George Bush was an idiot when he claimed that Islam was a religion of peace.
The fact that you would trust a Muslim to be honest with you when their religion allows them to lie to your face. You deserve what you would get from them.

All religions are basically the same. Either you believe in a supernatural being(s) who is not bound by the natural laws of the universe or you don't. There is no middle ground.
Differences between religions are just cultural trappings.

Although you are ignoring X variable, in real life. X being that there is probably one gun for every American, in America. You aren't going to legislate them out of existence. Think about weed, a federally scheduled drug. What do people do with weed? Pretty much whatever the hell they want.
Cats out of the bag at this point.
So because we can't get rid of all of them, we shouldn't try to get rid of any of them? Makes sense.
The vast majority of shootings, including 'mass shootings', occur in blue cities. Chicago averages 50 per year
So, what? Are their lives less valuable?
Or are you just trying to make this another left/right argument?
And btw, I am not saying you are right, I am just saying it is irrelevant.
Do you care if gang members shoot each other?
My city had a 'mass shooting' last Thursday - it occurred at midnight, in the hood, and every victim was a 15-25 year old male.
Same pathetic later bumps same athletic thread.
We all need a gun, what we don't need is an assualt weapon. That is just dumb,
Don't need no bazooka, don't need a tank, don;t need a grenade.
"Whites"?
There is no such thing as an "assault weapon". An "AR" is an Armalite rifle
Also, why does New Hampshire have so few shootings despite no gun control? Why is Irvine also safe, even though there's insane gun control?
On the other hand, why are Chicago and Baltimore so violent?
No, we have a woke problem.
You manage risk where you can manage risk.
Just because gang bangers shoot each other with handguns and innocent people get caught in the crossfire does not mean we can't address school shootings and other mass shootings that involve 'assault weapons'.
At this point we are near 20 years after the expiration of the assault weapon ban. That ship has sailed.
Here are some simple solutions:
1. Ban Gun Shows and Private Sales.
2. Ban Online Sales
3. Ban Firearms at Walmart
4. Gun Sales only at a regulated Gun Shop.
5. Restrict Amount of Ammo Sold and # of Weapons Sold to Individuals.
6. Require Firearm Insurance
7. Require Firearm Database
8. Require Basic Marksmanship Instruction (Yearly)
9. Require Mental Health Evaluation (Every 5 Years).
Have all the guns you want, but you're gonna have to pay for it.

I'd say that might be a bit overboard, but points 8 and 9 are for sure a must at this point. One problem I see is that there are like millions of firearms in circulations currently. What to do about those? Just withdraw those from people who have paid their money for those? Buy it from the owners who aren't allowed to keep 'em? Confiscate? No matter what I think there are no way around those questions due to sheer amount of firearms currently already owned. Would require massive funding to buy those at market price even if people agree. If you confiscate I don't see a scenario where there are no major political/societal uprisal, which no current gov would take upon themselves. We are kinda stuck in current system due to high amount of firearms in circulations sadly.
Your points listed do not have a better chance of passing than assault weapon ban. Mode of shooters psychological state: mild to moderate depression. You are not going to be able to legally take away weapons from mild to moderate depressed individuals. It's a myth that shooters are extremely mentally ill individuals. There are too many well armed Democrats to get further cooperation in Congress. Of course there are many well armed Republicans. Why would anyone talk to a psychologist knowing a psychologist can and will turn individuals in to law enforcement. Those individuals whom are forced to talk to psychologists under court supervision have motivation to lie to psychologists. We hate each other in U.S.
