Help!!
So about a week and a half ago, I woke up for a shakeout run and had this aching pain all around my foot. It felt like one of those things that would just go away with my run/the day (just my body waking up), but then I warmed up for my race later in the day and still felt it. I couldn't feel it too much during the race, but starting the cool down killed. I tried rolling it out, but had no luck. I took the next day off, but then I stupidly went for a ten mile run and was in pain the whole time, and from then on it started hurting to walk. I tried to run a couple days later, and it didn't feel too bad (in fact, it feels better to run than walk).
The pain is hard to describe; it doesn't hurt to touch anywhere, and doesn't hurt in one specific spot. I can feel it when I push off the ball of my foot on the bottom and top (its like a deep pain), and sort of on the inside of my foot. The worst pain is when I walk on the outside ball of my foot and I can feel it all across my foot (mostly on top). Pushing down kills, and I can sort of feel it pointing the foot down, but not too much. Anyone have any idea?
