OK, I know this is way oversimplified, but curious if anyone has any thoughts on doubling before workouts or after workouts. Just as an example, if you were thinking about having 3 workouts (afternoon sessions) a week and doubling 3 times (again, just an example). Would you double the morning of the meet, being a bit more tired for the workout and leaving a bit more recovery after, or would you double the morning after, shortening the recovery, but being more fresh for the workouts.
