The jamaicans that they imported were third rate sprinters who could not make their native country team, that's why they "defected" from Jamaica. They did not import the Bolts, Powell or Blake of this World
And despite that, the turkish 100m record holder is one of these third rate Jamaican , the "caucasian" you're talking about is an Azeri " import" who was one of the best junior in the 200m, not a native Turk.
Had they imported a third rate Azeri, I am not sure this thread would even exist.
