You're most likely fine. It would be highly unusual that the spigot you used wouldn't be potable. Unless it's from a dodgy private business offering the foot washing service or something.
The risk of having the public, just like yourself, drink such water sources (obviously kids come to mind especially) necessitates that these sources be potable safe.
If this were a municipality operated water spigot, I would absolutely think they'd have it labeled as non-potable. Which is very different than grey water, btw. In fact in the classic definition, you probably wouldn't wanna be rinsing yourself off with any kind of stored grey water as it has the potential to get skunky very quickly.
And even non-potable municipal reuse water is disinfected for safety.
