19:00-19:15, could give more accurate guess with info/PRs
3 min way too much to be useful for any prediction
I sometimes take very generous recovery time also, so maybe these comparisons will help you estimate. Here are a few similar workouts from my logs, and 5K results within two weeks:
6 X 800 w/3 min jog --
2:40, 2:38, 2:38, 2:40, 2:38, 2:37. (17:42)
2:36, 2:32, 2:33, 2:32, 2:34, 2:30. (17:10)
8 X 800 w/3 min jog --
2:38, 2:38, 2:37, 2:38, 2:37, 2:38, 2:39, 2:36 (17:21)
If you compare my first example with your workout, you were about 10 seconds slower per 800. Maybe add a minute to my time ... so 18:40 estimate for you? Or maybe a lot faster. Although I ran 17:42 four days after that workout, nine days after, I ran 17:10.
I did a proportion based off the guy who shared his similar workouts, all else being equal, I have you at 18:44.
I agree to other posters, sub 19 min might be possible, maybe a few seconds faster.
