MRI shows no signs of tendinopathy which is positive I guess. Any treatment ideas, success stories? Been dealing with this problem for a while and can't really run without exacerbating the issue.
So far, I've done the RICE protocol, massage, exercises, topical anti-inflamms, nitric oxide patches, orthotics.
At the point where I'm looking into prolotherapy or orthokine injections and failing that maybe surgery.

Definitely - rest & eat good healing foods (put the good stuff in and take the bad stuff out).
Been resting for almost 16 months as I've had two surgeries in the past 3 years. Really searching for additional treatment options.
