I did this workout w/ 2 minutes standing rest between everything. It was on a flat, grassy soccer field, so I was just basically running in a big circle/square, about 3 to the 2k. I did it barefoot. Feels like 91 but half of the field was shady (felt much cooler) and half of it was in direct sun (this part felt way hotter).

I had planned on doing 4x2k on 2 minutes but realized on the 3rd there was no way I was going to make it at that pace without it being all out, which is not what I wanted as it is early August. I had no idea I was going to be going 5:20 pace. I had planned on doing 6:00 pace but felt good on the first rep and kept it up, which was why I had to change it.
