yes, always seems to get wrapped around my head and in my hair and can't get it all out till I get home.
But that's not as bad as swallowing a bug or sucking one into your nose.
But the WORST is having a bug fly into your sweat soaked eye and getting part of it trapped under your eyelid.
Ahhh.... good times.
Yea, I once swallowed one through my nose
That was confusing
Trail running is pretty bad too on seldom traveled trails.
I once knew an old lady who swallowed a spider. I think she did it to catch a fly she had eaten earlier; no idea why she swallowed the fly in the first place, tho.
Webs?
Webb is back baby!!!!!!!
Not sure there is a species of spiders called fukin spiders?
Do you mean web?
No.
On running at night, Mark Nenow would do his second run of the day at 8,9,10 o clock at night.
In the Northeast usa it's high season for rhino spiders- actually called Spined Micrathena. Extremely annoying and everywhere in the woods.
They have very thick webs that get strung at face level and can run eight feet across.
Look for the intimidating tuck on the backend. But no worries, they bail when you break their webs and don't seem interested in biting people.
Yep. I'm often the first or first tall person on the trails in the morning and it's continuous webs.
You gotta find a stick and wave it in front of you as run. First task before hitting the trail is to find a good spider stick.
i get them on trails all the time
i was doing a trail last summer a lot that was rarely used by others.
every day was tons of spider lines....
you get used to it.
When a whole bunch of spider lines come together to make a fukin spider webb and you break that with your face, there's no getting used to that.
welcome to HS cross country
Yes once in rural Japan the webs were like wires and the spiders a couple inches across

So one run on the top side and one on the bottom side of the earth, very interrresting!
I wear a ball cap and clear safety glasses. Still worth it to avoid running in the heat of the day.

Perhaps she'll die?
