Quick question, as I participate in three sports, track and field (as a sprinter - 100/200m), basketball and soccer, would it be impossible to train in each of these sports each week? After some planning I came up with the idea of setting up my schedule like this:
Monday- Track in the morning, soccer in afternoon
Tuesday- Track in the morning, basketball in afternoon
Wednesday - Track in the morning, soccer in afternoon
Thursday-Track in the morning, soccer in afternoon
Friday -Track in the morning, basketball in afternoon
Saturday-Track in the morning, basketball in afternoon
Sunday - Rest
Would this be a good plan, as the only thing I cannot move around is my basketball practice day, yet I can do it in the morning instead of the afternoon. Additionally, how would you inlude gym workouts? Would you do sprint workouts on the morning or in thw afternoon? Thank you.
