Cheating in cross fit? They better crack down on how they cheat on pull ups first. Also they should crack down on their horrible lifting form first too. Also, how can you cheat in something that isn't a sport?
get the dopes out of Crossfit!

That was my first thought, too. They're trying to get an advantage at exercising to exercise? That's like cheating at P.E. class.
Women who have more muscle mass than male body builders are doping? I'm SHOCKED
What are you going to tell me next - that Ronnie Coleman didn't obtain his physique by doing lots of reps and eating clean?
If that masculine broad relies on nothing but her hard work ethic in the gym then why did she need a supplement that has banned stimulants in it which she claims is a good as two cups of coffee? Why not drink the two cups of coffee instead instead of wasting your money on a bullshit supplement packed with questionable ingredients.

hey guys.....you're 'sport' is just seeing who can jog the fastest.
let he who does no burpees cast the first stone
Anything can have 'sport' like qualities but the term 'sport' is being inflated in this modern era where almost anything is starting to be called a 'sport'. I mean we could have a competition to see who changes the fastest car tire and call it a sport but objectively you're inflating the term. Sort of like how post-modern art is inflating what art is.

With how they do their "pull ups" and do olympic lifts with sh!tty form I'm pretty confident in talking sh!t. Also a sport has to have a objective standard. In powerlifting it is who can squat, deadlift and bench the most. In basketball it is the team who makes the most points. In running it is who finishes the line first. What is the objective standard in cross fit? Not only that, it is how they have people lifting with sh!tty form. Sure make fun of me jogging around at a 8 minute pace, but at least I'm not gullible enough to do that sh!t. If you want to do olympic lifting go to a actual olympic lifting coach who knows what the f#ck he is doing. Don't go to some idiot who went to some class on the weekend. And for the love of god don't turn olympic lifting into some dip sh!t circuit training. If you want to do pull ups actually do pull ups. Don't swing on a bar on call those things pulls ups. Just my 0.02
UNPOSSIBLE!!!
I just hope that crossfit never becomes as dirty as running is.
Crossfit is the Scientology of athletic endeavors.
More importantly, her makeup looks bad.
This is shocking. Next you'll be telling me that body builders aren't clean.
The attitude in Crossfit is the same as in the Tour de France in the 90s. Crossfit competitors believe that the training and competitions are too hard on your body to be able to compete clean. When Crossfit competitors get hurt, it is really bad stuff. Severe tears on muscles and soft tissue are common. Inadequate recovery is always a big concern. Crossfit athletes think that steroids and other PEDs are just about being able to compete safely and get through the competitions. Steroids are a big help in recovering from workouts so the Crossfit competitor can keep training without risking injury.
Crossfit competitors are working with the same trainers and physios who were exposed to doping in athletics. The Crossfit doping controls are extremely weak compared to what is in place in cycling and IAAF today. And the state of the art protocols can be beat. So, Crossfit competitors know how to dope. They dope heavily in the off season and get clean for competition. This is actually better for performance because steroids hurt flexibility and make you heavy. When you go off them, you lose pure strength but get faster, lighter and increase range of motion. So, most crossfit competitors can test clean during competition unless they take some banned supplement (which many do because they are not quite sophisticated enough to understand that they cannot just walk into the supplement store and grab stuff off the shelf). In the off season, Crossfit competitors know how to take a sudden vacation in a remote wilderness area when they are selected for a random test. They stay away just long enough to clean out and then come back to do the test. All the other drug cheat moves are known, like keeping clean urine.
Looks like the crossfit doping controls are working. Everyone who has been doping has been caught and the sport is clean. Can't say the same thing about T&F.
From my experience the guys who talk the most trash on crossfit are almost always some of the most insecure and physically weak as well.
Too add the top crossfitter's at the games have former Olympic games weightlifting back ground
From the comments:
"Right or wrong, word through the grapevine is that she's claiming that her husband uses the banned substance in question and that she performed oral sex on him prior to being tested. Her ingestion of such bodily fluids is her claim to inadvertent exposure. Coincidentally, this rationale has been used prior in the world of sports. Take it for what you will."
