Just wanted to know what I my expected time should be for my 800m race with these workouts
Workout in the heat: 6x300 +6x200
All the 300s were in the range of 50-52.75
All the 200s were in the range of 28-31
Rest was 45 secs between rep
2x600+2x400+5x200
600- 1.51 and 1.50 (with 2 mins.rest)
400-68 and 69 (with 2 minutes rest)
200-31,31,30,29,28 (30 seconds)
