I'm looking for advice here because whenever I ask for training advice on boxing forums it's all about HIIT/tabata only. They completely neglect the aerobic system. Maybe they're right if i'm preparing for a fight in a relatively short time.
Has anyone got any advice on hoe to get in the best shape possible in a couple of months? Calisthenics, high reps/low reps? What the hell do I do to not gas out in 30 seconds and give a reputable performance?
