I am going to Cabo next week for a few days. I will be in my 2nd week of a 16 week half plan so my mileage will still be fairly low. I will miss a 6, 8 and 10 miler. I have been consistent for a long time so I think taking a few days off won't kill me especially this early on, but I was just wondering if I should:
A- just take the days off
B- Run them on the dreadmill- ugh
C- There's a company I found called runningtours. They basically run with you for as long as you need, the more miles the more money. The 6 mile run is about 35 and the 10 miler would be 50. The only reason I would think ab doing that is because I don't know the area at all and from what I have read there does not seem to be any decent running roads/paths out there. I'd rather pay a little and be safe.
Does anyone have any recommendations for running in Cabo, or any experience with this running tour?
Thanks
