Last 2 weeks:
I forgot what I did last week but this week it was probably only like 30-ish miles since i had three off days due to travel/work. One day I ran a 400 in 58 after a short tempo though and it wasn't too hard. I honestly feel like all of the travelling I did hurt my legs a little bit which is why this week was shorter...my legs only started feeling good again today.
M - 6.5 in lacrosse, wisconsin birthplace of Lacroix sparkling water
T - 6.5 in Chicago, (come on feel the)Illi-noise
W - 6.5 in Ithaca, NY (My new home. Hit me up if you're racing in the area)

S - 8 with 3x200 in 30 in the middle
As some of you may know....Ithaca is REALLY hilly. I did 1000 feet of climbing during my 8 mile run today that was just around the uni!! Hopefully I'll find some areas where I can get workouts in once I get to know more runners in the area. I still have a lot of trails to explore. Ithaca has a whole website dedicated to their trails which is pretty cool. Some of you trail-o-philes might find that interesting.
