Yes I watched the whole vid. Very interesting. So what I think it's saying is you can't do like 4 times 100 at maximum speed because if you can, it's not your maximum speed. In the beginning of the vedio it said if you're max is 10 pull-ups then do 5 over and over again. So when that's easy do 6 and so on... How I would apply that to running is let's say you're PB for a 10-kilometre race is 40 minutes. Do 5 k at you're 40 minutes 10k pace ( so a 20 min 5k). Then after that's gotten really easy every time, do 6k at you're 40 min 10k pace. Then so on until you get to run at you're 10k pace for like 50 ks! So that's how you apply this to running. Also I might try doing that myself!
