3 weeks ago I was able to do 10 × 1k @ 2:59-2:48 w/ 2:30 rest. Then I got sick for 2 weeks and counting and all my fitness is gone. I can barely walk up stairs, I'm so weak. What's worse is that I had a date planned but now I don't know if it'll ever happen because I think I have mono or something similar.
