We're gonna win the World Cup!!!
This is just ugly. I'm going to have turn this off. I think that I'll go for a spin on my motorcycle.
Maybe I should get in my LR now before the next game.
You've got two hours. Go for it!
Ok, I'm off lads. See you in a bit.
Hahaha. Typical that there's people that believe this. Yes, I know and there's people that claim that Messi runs 30 mph. You know you can manipulate readings , instruments, and conditions in anyway you want right....and if you want some players to stick out, then that's what will get manufactured. Until they get all the soccer players on a track then we won't really know will we? There are too many aspects to being a tremendous soccer player anyway. Even if you could somehow take legit, certified readings of players then it would really be involving perhaps 1/10th of their overall ability.
Lol. Rutiger. EPL Speed ratings. Watched a couple of different Swedes blow right by him. What are they going 28 mph or something?lol
Want to know how BAD the US Mens National team is? This Panama team qualified over the US.
Panama scores!!! 6-1 now. Here comes the comeback!!

Good on England. They knew they had to go bombs away and they took care of business. They are now leveled with Belgium on GD. That game is going to be hardcore on who wins the group.
All my picks seem on track to go through .. England-Portugal-Belgium-Senegal...I’m only worried about Nigeria, but I feel they will beat Argentina

The real speed of soccer player is well known, simply because speed assessment is part of the early season training check up.
Their speed is measured over 40m. The former Borussia Dortmund's player, Aubameyang, claimed to be faster than Bolt over 40 (or 30m) mainly thank to the results of speed assessment.
I would agree that game speeed should be taken with a grain of salt, simply because in game, players might never need to reach top speed or don't have the time to do so (it is rare when they have to sprint more than 40m ). Game speed is highly circumstancial, and most of the time, they have to control their speed (if you chase the ball, you don't want to overtake it).
Defenders will need to hit top speed, especially CB/RB, as they have to track back at full speed on the other's team's counter play. In today's game, more teams are playing with a high line , so from the middle of the pitch back to the box, it is a full on sprint on an open break.
Fullbacks, especially those that go forward, like Kyle Walker, have to sometimes sprint at full speed from the other's teams box back to their own box. It's why both him and Patrick Van AANHolt are both at the top of that list. They are fullbacks. Also, box to box midfielders, will have to display their full speed in certain moments.
I would have to say the fastest player that I have ever seen at full speed is Gareth Bale....possibly the fastest player in all of soccer. They did an entire study on his speed and mechanics. The breakdown was crazy.

Apparently, the Argentine players are in revolt. This won't end well.

It's like the 2010 wc french team all over again.

Yeah it sucks about Mexico going home if they lose 1-0 to sweden. Not sure how easy it will be for Brazil to apply dirty tactics to avoid Germany though. Brazil cannot loose next game. And if they go for a tie hopefully Switzerland catches on and tries to go for a tie as well. I I believe if that happens Brazil wins the group and will face Germany.
Mexico does not go home if they lose 1-0 to Sweden. You’re as bad at figuring this out as Scorpion.

It would be great if Messi took over as player/coach and they went deep into the tournament.
This full marching band that I am guessing Senegal has in the stands is great.
Japan should have 1 or 2 more goals but they can't finish worth sh!t.
Senegal has totally fallen asleep after scoring. They are not pressing like they were in the first 20 mins of the game, and are just taking on pressure. They need to shore up the middle and get control of possession, because Japan is dominating the ball, and generating a lot of chances.
They are not using their speed and athleticism, and their discipline has gone out of the window.
There we go! great work in the box...
now keep your foot on the gas pedal....keep pressuring to score.
