I have a strange sensation at the front of my hip, where it feels like something is rubbing against the front of my hip bone. It is not very painful - but it is annoying and I'd like to figure it out. It originated when I was on my running break so I'm not sure if it related to running but it certainly makes running less pleasant.

Bursitis is the issue you are having. Go easy. Sometimes its good to take a little rest.
For some reason, it doesn't strike me as bursitis - there isn't a lot of pain associated with it. I can just feel something rubbing against a bone.
1. Hot bath
2. Cold shower
3. Ibuprofen
4. Yoga
5. Take a break from training
