Hi running mates
I'm a spanish 20 year old runner, and i'd like to beat the 80 minutes in half marathon for october.
This year, I ran my last half in may in which i performed 87'. Before that half i've run 60km in 2018 and 42 of those 60km were in other HM, with what i mean, i didn't train for that one. Before, in 2017 the training for my HM consisted on maximum of 40km per week with some quality trainings and a day of long distance training.
