I was just about post the same thing. Crazy/rapid growth. Astonishing actually......The only videos I like of his are his running ones but he attracts a bigger audience with his roommate shenanigans.

I watched that "Loren Gray" video of his and told my girlfriend that he only makes those types of videos about popular people to get views/bring people to his channel, and it freaking works haha. Almost 2 million views on that video compared to the usual 30-60k he gets on his other videos. I do also wish he was still into running but oh well. He's entertaining enough. He's one of the only 'vlog' type channels I watch so it'll be my guilty pleasure.

The first video of his that I watched was of Ingebrigtsen's interview after running 3:52 at Pre this year, which was good.

Then I watched the one of him training for the mile and 2 mile in high school, and the one of his Eugene Marathon.

Apparently I'd been fortunate, as then it was hard to find any more good ones. All the running ones I tried watching after that were idiotic grade school shenanigans interspersed with loud ear splitting boom boom noise. I'm not interested in his videos anymore but good luck to him.

I guess runners aren’t a big enough target audience.

Need to make videos that appeal to kids age 10-15 who will following anything you say and laugh at uncomplicated humour. Trolling others with large social media platforms is a good way to get views.

hey what's up real cici, I think comparing of you to Ryan is apples and cucumbers, It's quite obvious Ryan doesn't care about running or track or cross country - he is a very talented runner but he just doesn't care about the sport anymore, he ran his 4:16 mile, and his 2:36 marathon and he's done, which is fine, it's his life, you on the other hand are extremely passionate about the sport and it shows in your videos. I honestly don't know how you work full time, but crank out the miles, and run 33 in 10K's and still have time to do good videos - but I tip my hat to you - I totally get why you want to beat Trahan's time, I mean here's a guy who just goofs around and the Run Gum guy invites him to Eugene and he clocks a 2:36 - Trahan's got talent, let's not forget that - he'll never make full use of it unless as long as he's doing pop cult vids - but just go do the best you can - thanks for the videos you make - it's a lot of work in addition to a FT job
