Sure she can. Dudes these weren't run with 2 min recovery. More like 10 mins between. Enough to get breath back but still feel the lactate build. BTW gf is seriously fasst she is sub 205.

Cant you guys give me something more useful to work with? I can deal her over a single allout 200 but the session gets too hard after #4. Yeah it's always #4. What I want is enough juice to rep 26s for those last two. I can't do her daily routine it's too hard she does doubles and often short recovery 300s/200s. So come on lr gurus give me a sesh that will allow me to hold me up for #5 and 6. I don't mind working hard with focus on this prep but it can't take all day.
