Ran a session of strides/200s with gf. She is a good NCAA MD athlete and held 26s for six reps. I started okay pretending I could manage but by the end the wheels came off. I just can't manage this pace for reps five and six. I think she was smirking after our cooldown. It is the sign of a pVssyboy if his girl can outrun her and it's A LOT worse if she outguts him at the end of the session. Not sure what to do about this. I don't want to be her MAGGOT FAGG0T! If there are sessions I can do in secret that mean I can blow her away next time I'm ready lay it on me!
