I'm a high school runner with a 4:19 mile as a junior. I have about a pound of belly fat I'd like to lose to better my times. I have struggled to get rid of this for the past 6 months. I eat insanely healthy, run 60+ miles per week (40-60 in taper season, 70-90 during summer), but still can't get rid of it. What can I do past this?
