I turned 23 and decided to do a birthday workout. I did 23 x 200m. First 11 were at 33 w/ 30s rest. Last 12 were 31-32 w/ 60s rest with the last few going 30, 30, 29, 28, 27.00. Pretty fun.

it's actually my 60th in July, and I'm planning on running 10 x 6m to celebrate!
