*I've never owned or know anything about GPS watches*
I'm trying to break 5 for the mile, I run at my local track. Can I use a GPS watch to set pace? i.e. I always miscalculate when I'm falling off the pace but I suspect its during the 3rd lap. Can the watch alert me to the exact moment I start to fall off the pace? Is there a specific gps watch more in tune with track/interval running than longer trail or city runs etc?
