Hi, I was looking for some training tips for this summer. My track season will be over on May 10th. I will have about three months of training in between. My current 5k time, based on my 3k, is about 22:00 give or take 10 seconds. (My PR in the 5k in the fall was 22:42). I would like to get down to under 21 minutes by cross country season. First of all, is this realistic? Second, what kind of training would I need to be doing? I am a junior in high school and currently do about 30-35 miles per week.
