I've battled this for 20 years. Had surgery and ran pain free for 2 years. Then it started back up. Oddly, it went away in my left foot a couple years ago, and then i started feeling pain in my right foot. Mostly I just train through it. First mile sucks really bad and then it's ok until I'm out for 1-1.5 hours.
