I'm a (male) Sophomore in high school whose 200m PR is 30.4 and has an open 400m PR of 62 low. On the other hand, I can run 4:4x and 10:0x in the 1600m and 3200m respectively. Will I always suck? Can I ever run competitively collegiately? Even in a 10k?
I don't think I've maxed out my endurance yet either because I keep improving in the longer stuff. I've just always been a slow sprinter for as long as I could remember. Also, should I try to improve my 200 speed a lot? It's only improved by 1 second over the past 2 years by my distance training and puberty.
