Cons-tastes like beer. contains no alcohol
Pros: isotonic but does not have so much sugar. Better than Gatorade etc. Tastes better than sodas or sports drinks
Cons: does not taste as good as beer with alcohol
I always drink one non-alcoholic beer after training. Later in the evening I might drink a couple of beers with alcohol.
My favorites are some of the Bavarian wheat beer brands but they are expensive here in Finland. Therefore I unfortunately have to buy normally just regular non-alcoholic lagers.
