Hey guys,
to make it short, I've been placed on academic probation since the end of January at my college and I can't attend classes until September. I'm allowed to attend track practices though.
For over a month, I've been working full-time(35-50 hours a week) at a pretty physical job. It's a good job but my legs are now tired 24/7 and I feel like my performances during training are shitty. Like I feel 0 explosiveness in my legs and the times I'm clocking are horrible lately. I'm a 100-200m sprinter btw.
Anyways, do you guys have any tips on how to handle a physical job with training? Is walking all day going to ruin my fast twitch fibers? Any tips/recommendations?
