Hi my legs have been feeling fatigued since after Thursday's workout that I did which was very intense.
Friday morning I felt like I had raced the day before, and still felt very sore Saturday. On Sunday my legs felt weird and kinda fatigued but I ran my 15 mile long run at a normal pace (6:35ish). Monday I doubled and my legs felt somewhat fatigued (6-3 double) but felt slightly better in the evening run. Yesterday I tried to do 16x300 in 47 w/300m jog in between (8:20ish pace) and only got through 6 of them before stopping the recovery jog and just standing in between them. Averaged 46.5ish and while my stride felt smooth my legs felt very tired both in my quads and calves. For reference I am 3:55 1500m runner and I have a race Friday night that I would like to race, but am concerned about how my legs are feeling.
Additionally last week I had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and a scratchy throat until about Friday, when my lymph nodes basically went down to normal size. I've been getting good sleep and the only significant change in diet is probably drinking more dairy (milk) since Friday.
Any suggestions for how to get my legs back feeling 100% as quick as possible?
