Would love to get insight from any triathletes in the know.
I also so the WTW where other up and comers such as Morgan Pearson and Matt McElroy were mentioned.
Any other candidates from the NCAA running scene?

Next? We’ve had some excellent women but we haven’t any top 10 type men in a while.
More money to be made in Triathlon except when comparing the top very few.
Can gain multiple sponsorships versus head to toe one company controls all in track.
Greater longevity in Triathlon, less competition, lesser talented athlete pool, primarily a middle/upper middle class sport. Cost of entry ( meaning gear) is much higher then runner shoes. Need safe good roads, pools or other bodies of water to train in - all which narrows the population pool base that can train for Triathlon.
Who’s that?
If he wanted to be he could be. He's a fantastic swimmer. Yes, he was a sprinter, but unlike in running, sprint swimmers still put in tons of yardage, so he'd adapt fairly well. McElroy was a horrid swimmer when he started triathlon and he's already podiuming at World Cup races. Give him a solid year of biking and he'll surpass his fellow NAU alum.
pretty much any college swimmer can come out of the swim wave FOP in the pro series, the race literally doesnt begin until the run, nobody gives af about the pro swim wave in the full or 70.3 events
oly/collegiate ranks its a bit more challenging, as since draft is legal the swim wave is more competitive as that is used to prevent strong runners from just drafting the swim and bike and blowing by everyone with a kick in the last mile
of Alan Webb? He's back, baby
We're obviously talking about ITU racing on this thread...
