He definitely does, in terms of using the training zones. They do pretty much all of their workouts at M pace, T pace, I pace, R pace. They also do short hill sprints. They are a little creative in how they implement the training, being at 7000 feet altitude, you can't do some traditional stuff from Daniels, but it is all derived from that. If you look hard enough, you can find all of their training. I collected their entire summer/fall/winter of 2017-2018 for the boys and girls.
